Refund & Returns Policy

We hope that you will love our products and appreciate the care we have put into them. We understand that sometimes things do not work out and we want you to be happy 🙂

You have the right to change your mind about your purchase and can receive a refund of what you paid for. Unfortunately we can not include the delivery costs (just yet!) and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The product should be returned back to us using an established delivery service and you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it.

If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time, we won’t refund you the price.

THE DEADLINE FOR CHANGING YOUR MIND.

If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver it. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If your order is split into several deliveries over different days, the period runs from the day after the last delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

RETURN

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please send an email, including your order number, to returns@happybrandofficial.com to register your return. 

Please return your item(s) in the original packaging or another identical type of packaging that is protective enough to prevent the item from damaging.

Naturally, item(s) have to be unworn, have no signs of use and must be undamaged. Please make sure that any chain style items are placed in the box or pouch in the same way you have received them, to prevent them from tangling.

– order number

– reason for return 

REFUNDS

After we have received your return we will send you a confirmation email. We will try to process your return as soon as possible but with a maximum of 14 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method which was used to make the purchase.
