Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@happybrandofficial.com and send your item to: Happy Brand, Ten Katestraat 24A2, 1053CG Amsterdam, Netherlands.
REFUND POLICY
Obviously we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of delivery and get a full refund.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Please send an email, including your order number, to returns@happybrandofficial.com to register your return.
Please return your item(s) in the original packaging or another identical type of packaging that is protective enough to prevent the item from damaging.
The product should be returned back to us using an established delivery service and you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time, we won’t refund you the price.
Item(s) have to be unworn, have no signs of use and must be undamaged. Please make sure that any chain style items are placed in the box or pouch in the same way you have received them, to prevent them from tangling.

REFUNDS
After we have received your return we will send you a confirmation email. We will try to process your return as soon as possible but with a maximum of 14 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method which was used to make the purchase.
